Leaf Hand Rake
With our LandSharx Whale Shark fall cleanup, LandSharx Lawn Care crews will hand rake and remove all fallen leaves from your property so dead foliage can’t hide under waves of winter snow, where it will rot and provide the breeding ground for potential disease or pests.
Lawn Cut and Trim
Giving your lawn one final cut and trim will reduce the amount of dead vegetation in the winter therefore further reducing the likelihood of disease or pest infestation. Furthermore by trimming your lawn properly in the fall, there will be less debris and dead grass to remove in the spring promoting earlier and better growth of your lawn next year.
Core Aeration
Core aeration in the fall serves multiple purposes. It loosens the thatch layer, allowing better airflow and nutrient absorption. By creating small holes in the soil, core aeration provides direct access to the root system. This ensures that moisture from melting snow reaches the roots more effectively in early spring.
Property Cleanup
A fall cleanup
job is not done until every detail has been taken care of. Cleaning after ourselves and removing grass clippings and other debris as well as sweeping of sidewalks and other areas where we have worked, is included in the package price. We will leave your property spotless and ready for spring and summer season.
Fertilizer
As part of your fall cleanup package, we recommend fertilizer application for your lawn. However, please note that this service isn’t included in the package. Many of our clients already participate in our monthly fertilizer program, which covers regular applications. If you’re interested in late fall fertilizer treatment, we can discuss it separately.
